FAQ

Groovy makes functional, alcohol-free drinks designed for different moments and moods. Each formula combines mocktail-inspired flavor with thoughtfully selected functional ingredients, so you can choose the Groovy that fits the moment.

Functional ingredients are ingredients selected for a specific purpose within each formula. Depending on the product, Groovy may include botanicals, amino acids, mushrooms, minerals, and other functional ingredients designed around the experience each drink is made for.

Yes. Social, Unwind, and Nightcap are all 0% alcohol, so you can enjoy the ritual and flavor of a mocktail without the alcohol.

It depends on the formula. Social contains caffeine as part of its functional blend, while Unwind and Nightcap do not contain caffeine. Nightcap is specifically designed for slower evenings and nighttime routines.

Each Groovy drink is created for a different kind of moment.

Social — Pineapple Tiki: made for lively, social moments with Kava, Caffeine, Ginseng, L-Theanine, and Lion's Mane.

Unwind — Moscow Mule: made for slowing things down while staying present, with Kava, 5-HTP, GABA, Lemon Balm, and Lion's Mane.

Nightcap — Blackberry Mojito: made for winding down at the end of the day, with Kava, Melatonin, Chamomile, Tryptophan, and Magnesium.

Choose the formula that matches your moment.

Social is made for get-togethers, brunches, dinners, nights out, and moments when you want a more social, upbeat vibe.

Unwind fits slower afternoons, post-work resets, dinner, or whenever you want to ease into a calmer moment.

Nightcap is designed for the end of the day and works best as part of your nighttime wind-down routine.
